Holy cow, where did January go? I am not complaining but it was a blur. The entire family took turns being sick,
besides me. Tommy was the first flu
victim, then Susie, then Maggie and lastly little Teddy. I am happy to report everyone is healthy and
happy once again! January was a busy
month for us. Here is our photo recap:

We celebrated New Year's at the Nelson's

Best buddies

Teddy looking amused in his snowsuit

Teddy's first time sledding

Love this photo of Teddy holding on to big bro's arm

Maggie started a new swim class in her new suit on Monday

And started a new gymnastics class in her new leotard from Aunt Jessie on Thursday

One day out of the blue Maggie told me she wanted to start eating with chopsticks. So she asked to go somewhere for lunch that had chopsticks. Much to my surprise is is really good at eating with chopsticks. Her hair is crazy in this photo because we had to use her hair rubber-band on her chopsticks :)

Teddy loves when Maggie carries him around

Big brown eyes

WE had to go to a special dentist to get a second opinion on one of Maggie's molars that never fully developed. Turns out she needs a crown.

Another "chopstick" restuarant

Maggie and i had to make an emergency visit to the Hudson Hospital. We had went to Cherry Berry to get some frozen yogurt. Maggie accidentally tried a "roasted peanut" flavored frozen yogurt.

She got an Epi-Pen injection and some Benadryl. The Epi-Pen experience was pretty scary for both of us, so i think we will try to be more cautious in the future.

Maggie colored this all by herself

Our driveway is basically snow-free so we have been able to bust out some summer toys

We had some really nice, mild weather. Perfect for the kids to be outside. Maggie, Tommy and I built a tunnel while Teddy napped

both boys came with the watch Maggie swim

Teddy's teacher sent me this photo...looks like he likes it at school

3 musketeers

We went back to the dentist to get Maggie's crown. There were a lot of nerves adn tears befre they started. Luckily once the gas started flowing Maggie was able to relax.

Her sparkly "princess crown". She proudly shows everyone.

We discovered a mouse nest in the garage. So we have been on a mission to catch them all. Maggie has been my special helper. We are pretty eager to check the traps morning and night.

Maggie and Tommy collected the eggs from grandma's chickens

Grandma is getting some pretty fancy eggs these days

Love this picture of him

Grandpa and Tommy. Grandpa let Tommy help him put out 2 round bales. Tommy is 100% obsessed with round bales and tractors. It made his day!

Teddy's cheeks are getting big

Tommy is really proud of his magna-tile creations. Notice Maggie's big one in the back.
