A New Princess Dress from Lucy!

Last week, Mommy and I went over to spend some time with Grace and Lucy at their house.  While we were there, Lucy let me borrow a green dress of hers that she wore during one of her dance recitals.  To say I was excited would be an understatement.  As soon as I got home, I sprinted toward Mommy's room where I knew my other Mommy would be and jumped on the bed to show it off to her.  I think I've pretty much worn it every day since!  I love to play in it, but I also love to dance and spin around in it too - just like a ballerina!

A Message to Mommy While She Was Out of Town

Shortly after we got back from Florida, Mommy had to go on two different trips for work, which meant she had to leave me for several days at a time!  She always misses us when she's gone, so during her second trip, Mommy made this cute video of me in the tub to cheer her up!  (...and it worked!)



Three Little Monkeys Jumping On The Bed

Aftin and Bailee came over a few weeks ago to play.  Right before they got to our house, I was begging Mommy to let me put on my Dora princess dress, but she kept asking me to wait until our friends came.  As soon as they walked through the door, both of them had their own princess dresses on, so I ran to put mine on and we all wore them the rest of the night!  At one point, Mommy and Melissa were in the living room talking and we all disappeared.  They got up to see where we went and they found three little monkeys jumping on the bed!  It was so much fun, and we were being so cute, that Mommy and Melissa didn't have it in them to make us stop.   :)  I can't wait to spend more time with Aftin and Bailee in a few days when we all go camping together!

Trip to Florida - Part 5 - Disney World

We finished our trip at the Magic Kingdom - Disney World!  Mommies were expecting this to be my favorite place, and I liked it, but I may have been a bit too young.  It didn't take long before I became pretty overwhelmed by all of the noise and dancing and people.  We did manage to go on several rides including Dumbo, Small World and a roller coaster that I was just barely tall enough to ride!!  The best part of the day though was definitely meeting Mickey and Minnie!  (and Tinkerbell!)  Mommies are excited to take me back in a few years when I'm a little bit older!

We waited in line for a long time to get pictures with the fairies, and I was so excited, then I kind of froze once we got there.  :)

Trip to Florida - Part 4 - Sea World

After Busch Gardens, we moved our Florida adventures over to Orlando to finish out our trip.  Our first stop in Orlando was at Sea World.  We had a really fun time!  The highlights were definitely feeding the dolphins and watching the Shamu show.  (thankfully, we were just outside of the "splash zone" at Shamu, so we stayed dry!)

Trip to Florida - Part 3 - Busch Gardens

After the wedding weekends, we headed to Tampa for a day to go to Busch Gardens.  I absolutely LOVED it.  It was definitely my favorite park that we went to all week.  (and mommies favorite too!)  They have a whole area created just for little ones like me!  I was able to go on lots of fun rides, and I also got to meet several of my favorite Sesame Street characters and see lots of cool animals.  I could write forever about how great this place was, but I'll let the pictures tell my story because there are a LOT of them.  :)

Trip to Florida - Part 2 - The Wedding and the Beach

The first part of our Florida trip was spent at the Sirata resort in St. Petersburg.  This was my very first time seeing the beach and the ocean, so mommies were eager to see what I'd think.  I think they could have predicted it though - it's a place full of sand and water.  Count me in!

Mommy had a lot of wedding stuff to do, so it was mostly me and Mama hanging out.  (and Mommy's friends)  While we did spend some time on the beach, we spent the majority of our time at the pool.  I turned into quite a little fish this trip!  Last summer I couldn't keep myself upright in my life jacket, now I can swim from one end of the pool to the other.  (and I love to yell at Mommy's, "I'm a FISH!!")  Mommy was so happy that I got to spend so much time with her friends too since I was meeting a lot of them for the first time ever!  We all had such a nice time that mommies are already planning our next trip to Florida in a couple of years!  :)
