A couple of weeks ago, Mama surprised Mommy with a new cat named Rupert. Mommies and I had gone to the Dunn County Humane Society and found Rupert, but when they found out we were planning to keep him outside, they wouldn't let us adopt him. Luckily, Mama's friend from work Jason heard about it and felt bad since he knows we take good care of all of our pets, so he went and adopted Rupert for us. Mommy didn't know about this, so one day Mama told her she had to go help Jason with some retaining wall, and when she got home, she had Rupert in her arms! I immediately LOVED Rupert and was chasing him all over the place. (Mommy said he figured me out pretty quickly and has since learned to keep his distance ... I can be a little rough sometimes, as you'll see in a separate post!)
Rupert has been a great addition to our family. Mommies love how much noise he makes. Everytime he walk or moves, he makes a little sound. He's a sweet, funny little guy!
